The ICL is then folded and put into the small incision made by your doctor. Following the insertion of the lens, the doctor will make any required modifications to ensure proper alignment in the eye.

Post Procedure

The surgery is now complete, and many patients will notice an improvement in their vision almost immediately. Your doctor will prescribe more eye drops to aid healing following the treatment. You’ll need someone to take you home your doctor will advise you when your vision is clear enough to drive. The operation can subsequently be performed on the second eye. In some cases, and depending on the patient’s condition, both eyes may be performed on the same day.
